Today's Christmas card kind of just, well, happened lol. I was playing around with the new stamp set Merry Little Christmas and then I found this piece of Hexagon embossed Cherry Cobbler CS and well here it is...
I had some of the Tulle left over from last years catty and thought I'd put that on too. Even though it's a bit thrown together, I actually really love this card. Funny how that works sometimes. Oh and who doesn't love a bit of glitter at Christmas? I have gone through so much Glimmer Paper, but lucky for me it's such good value!!
Have Fun,
Chlo

Not just for Envelopes - Notecard Gift Box
I have been having a little play with my Envelope Punch Board over the last few days and wow there is so much more you can use it for. In fact, today's share is what I'm going to use as my Teachers Gifts this year.
Isn't it cute. The box holds four little 4"x4" cards, plus four little envelopes to match (made on the punch board of course!!)
I have seen heaps of tutorials on how to make these cute little note card boxes but I think my favourite has to be THIS ONE by Kelly Gettelfinger at Always Stampin'.
I can't believe how easy they are to make and such a gorgeous gift for anyone. These ones are what I made to share with my Downline at our recent Friday Share Team Night. The girls loved them and I think we'll all be making a lot of these over the next coming weeks!!
The envelope punch board is available now and I think it's a steal at only $31.95.
Here is a close up picture of the box and the belly band I made to go around it. You could also keep it closed with a magnet or a Velcro dot, but I love making belly bands it's kind of like the icing on the cake!!
Have Fun,
Chlo

Triple Time Happiness
Morning Guys,
I've some how manged to not only get all the kidlits into school on the same day BUT I also have no housework or little jobs to do today, which means one whole day (between the hours of 9am -3pm anyway) of craft time. Can I hear a Woo Hoo!!!
So today, I wanted to share two of my latest creations with you all. First off is a card that I made for my Card Class which is on this upcoming Saturday. I love to teach my girls different techniques or trends that are hot at the moment and I realised that I hadn't shown them the Triple Time Stamping technique, which I just love.
Such a gorgeous, soft, girly card and I love the stamp set Everything Eleanor. Isn't it a beautiful technique too and so easy to make, as my class girls will find out on Saturday.
But when I was making this card, I thought how gorgeous it would be as a Scrapbook page. So the cogs started turning and I pulled out some cardstock and alittle while later and this is what I came up with...
So easy to make too. Gotta love easy lol.
While I was in town this morning I saw that my local Big W were selling 12x12 shadow box frames for $15 each and I had grabbed a couple on impulse, so now I have the perfect layout to put in one of them. The only problem is, when my mum sees this she'll be asking to take it home with her for her house lol
Have fun,
Chlo

OMG totally love how this came out. It's just so perfect for this photograph of me with my mum and my daughter on her Baptism day. A beautiful girly layout for three gorgeous ladies.
Oh and aren't those ribbon flowers simple lovely, I have a close up of them here.

Getting in on the trend!!
Am I the only one, who has noticed this sudden trend of Sunburst Cards? They are just flooding my Pinterest boards at the moment. Now I know I'm always late to the party, but I think this time I could be classed as fashionable late!
I used heaps of what I class as "new" products on this card because, firstly they are all from our new annual catty and secondly because they arrived in my order just before we moved and so have been sitting patiently in a box for the past few weeks.
I have to say, it came together much quicker then I thought and I love this colour combination too. Usually I see Basic Black with Melon Mambo, but I really don't like that pink at all. So then I suddenly thought I would pair it with one of the new In-Colours Strawberry Slush. It was just a little bit softer, but still gave that little kick sitting next to the black.
I'm not sure if you can see it in the photo above, but I have also used Black Embossing powder on both the sentiment and with the stamp from the Chalk Talk set.
I love the Chalk Talk stamp set. It has so many gorgeous phrases in it, oh and did I mention that it has matching framelits.... see nothing is better then that!!
And remember, you can buy any of these goodies, direct from me by emailing an order or why not hop on over to my store and see what other goodies we have that you may like.
Well it looks like my new craft room has been well and truly broken in. I've just got to find a way to keep it clean now... Hmmm, ideas in the comment box please!!
Have Fun,
Chlo
