Can You Case It #113 Colour Challenge - Pedal Pusher

Wow what an exciting week we've had!! I'm currently celebrating my birthday by crafting in the Closet, while hubby and the kids cook roast lamb for tea... Yum my favourite!!

So while they are busy at work, I thought I would share my latest design for the Can You Case It team. This week we have a colour challenge for you all!!

Now, these colour make me think masculine card and that's kind of where I went with my design, but I just had to use the Pedal Pushers stamp set, as I'm super sad that it will only be available for 4 more days:

Is it me, or does it look like the bike is flying in the sky, a bit Mary Poppins-ish?!? I really loved how this card came out and just couldn't help but make it again but change up the colours slightly

So all I did was changed the Basic Gray to Early Espresso, the silver Glimmer for gold and the Balloons are Rose Red and Blushing Bride, rather them Soft Suade and Night of Navy.

I adore this new "girly" version, but not sure which one I like best. How about you??

So because it's still technically my Birthday, I've decide I will also throw in one of these cards in to the pack of the other birthday cards that I'm giveaway for my Birthday Giveaway. So now there will be 8 cards up for grabs!!

And you still have time to enter too, just place a $90 (plus postage) order using my hostess code: QDBFNAE6 and you'll go into the draw to win all 8 cards, plus choose a sale-a-bration item and I'm also adding a little something from the Occasions catalogue too.

And while you are shopping in my store, why not pop over to the CYCI blog and take a look at what the other Design Team members have come up with for the challenge!1

Happy Crafting,
Chlo

  3. Roast lamb would be my favourite too. I'm sure it was yummy! Sounds like all in all you had a fabulous birthday week, with lots of celebrating. Just the way it should be.

I love both of your cards, but I'm a bit partial to girlie and pink so that's my pick :) They definitely have that Mary Poppins look - a bit whimsical and makes me want to break out the movie and watch for the thousandth (new word?) time! xx
