JAI Just Add Stitching Challenge #358 - Window Shopping

I'm totally enjoying that Friday feeling today and I'm excited to share my card from the JAI crew. Today we had a challenge to Just Add Stitching, which usually would fill me with dread but with the awesome stitched framelits it's now easy peasy.

I finally got to use a stamp set that I won at Onstage back in April!! I know, that's bad isn't it. This set is called Window Shopping and it's a cute little set, with some lovely little sentiments.

I used one of the pattern stamps to make the background, behind my sentiment and then heat embossed my phrase with white embossing powder.

I think Pool Party and Bermuda Bay are my two favorite colours and I will really miss the Bermuda Bay sequin trim. Fingers crossed we see something similar in the Holiday Catalogue.

Wow, we finally made it home after a very long journey. Our 5 hour flight was delayed by an hour due to a huge storm that hit Nadi, just as we were going to board. And when we did finally make it to Sydney, we then had a 4 hour drive back to beautiful Port. Finally rolled into bed by 1.30am.

As lovely as our holiday was, there really is nothing as comfortable then your own bed, that's for sure.

And so this morning, I was up again, bright eyed and bushy tailed, grabbing groceries and getting the mountain of holiday washing done, so I can start packing for my next little adventure to Brisbane, for Stampin's Up's Onstage Live!!
