Any how, it doesn't matter too much as I've made my card and have decided to link it to the challenge site just like you guys do!!
So this is the sketch that we had to use as our inspiration:
And this was my interpretation of it:
Because I have been busy making displays for my open day, I've had lots of time to play with my new goodies that I was able to order on the Demo preorder (Preorder is a fab demo perk. If you would like to know how YOU could become a demo and enjoy this and lots of other fantastic offers, then just click on the 'Join The Closet Crafters" page found at the top of my blog) and I have really fallen in love with the new Pop of Pink Suite.
I really didn't think this set would be for me, as I'm not a huge fan of Melon Mambo and have never really need a pineapple or Flamingo stamp, BUT I have loved every sample that I have seen (Damn you Pinterest) and just couldn't resist it.
I used all 5 rolls of washi tape, that comes in this range and layered them across a piece of whisper white. I heat embossed two of the leaves from the stamp set, in gold and finished it all with a melon mambo button. It was one of the most popular cards on my display this weekend!!
Well now it's over to you, check out all the other cards and add your entry for this weeks sketch!!
Happy Crafting,
Chlo
