Tropical Chic - Cards to Go Tutorial Bundle

I really can't believe it's been 3 months since I released my last Cards to Go tutorial. I guess life has gotten in the way a little lately, which I'm sure you can all totally relate too! But today I can share my Tropical Chic tutorial bundle and this one is a good one:

So usually I only share one card out of the three in the bundle, but to be honest I couldn't choose which one to share. I absolutely love all three and so I thought, why not share them all.

The tutorial gives you all the cutting measurements, list of supplies needed, step by step instructions and lots of top tips. I also hope to teach you a few new techniques along the way too.

I also want to give a shout out to my beautiful friend and talented demo Denita Wright-Smee for her inspiration for the last card. She made this awesome striped paper card a few weeks ago and it inspired this last one. You can see her gorgeous card right HERE.

So to purchase tutorials for all three cards, just head on over to my Tutorial Page and follow the link. Or click on the buy now button found below:

Colour INKspiration 3rd Birthday Blog Hop - Painted Poppies

Wow, I can't believe the Colour INKspiration team are celebrating their third birthday today and I felt so honored to be asked back, as a past team member, to be part of the blog hop today.

If you've hopped here from the amazing Julia Quinn then welcome or if you have joined the hop from my blog, make sure you hop back and check out Julia's gorgeous creation. Her work is always beautiful!!

So Bronwyn allowed us to pick any colour combo I wanted and I was instantly going to go with a Crumb Cake and Coastal Cabana combo, but then I thought about which stamps I wanted to use and I really couldn't go past the gorgeous poppies. And so with that in mind, my colours for the hop today are, Poppy Parade, Black and Gold,

And here is the card that I created with those colours.

How beautiful is this poppy stamp! I can already tell, this whole suite; paper, stamps, dies and embellishments are going to be a huge seller. Plus the new scalloped stitched rectangles are a must have for absolutely everyone.

The sentiment is actually from a carryover set called Gather Together, and i thought the font and sentiment was perfect for this card.

So guys, a few important notes for you. You can enter as many times as you like and the challenge will run for a whole month over the summer ‘break’ until February the 10th. That gives you plenty of time to create something gorgeous, just like yourselves.

Now, seems the perfect time for you to hop on over and check out the next amazing card, which happens to be super talented and very dear friend Denita Wright-Smee. You are going to love what she has to share with you all.

Happy Crafting,
Chloe

January Cards to Go Tutorial - RFS Fundraiser

Wow, the news lately has just been awful. A few months ago, we were living the scary uncertainty of having to watch the news and wait to see if we would need to evacuate because of a large bush fire burning nearby.

We got calls to pick up the children from school because is wasn't safe and the roads in and out of town were closed. Thankfully, because of the amazing hero firefighters and their fantastic volunteers, my family and our home were kept safe.

I felt I have wanted to do something to say Thank you. To give a little back to these brave human beings and so I have a fundraising Craft morning planned for Saturday 29th Feb, which I'm really looking forward to. But I wanted to do more and I have decided that I would donate all the proceeds from this months Cards to Go Tutorial bundle.

This months tutorial bundle is a PDF file with, full step by step instructions to create 3x gorgeous cards. I have included colour photo's, top tips and a product list of everything you need to make the cards.

The tutorial will cost $10.00, with all the money being donated to the Rural Fire Service, or otherwise known as the RFS.

I really hope you enjoy the cards and don't forget to share them with me when you have made them up and more importantly, thank you so much for helping me to raise money for such an important cause.

Stay safe everyone xx
Chlo
